Wendy's - Canton

The speed of service at this restaurant has improved. I have visited during my lunch break a few times throughout the week. In the past, it would take almost my entire break to get through the line, but now it only takes about 10 minutes.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately my cup had a hole in it and spilled all over everything, including myself in the car. LOL.

Fast and friendly service.. The building is under construction but still easy access to the drive thru.

My daughter and I went through the drive-thru to grab food for ourselves and my mother. Before ordering, I checked to ensure I had enough money. However, when they tried to process my card, it was declined. I started to panic as we were holding up the line and I hadn't eaten all day. The staff, especially Joe, were incredibly helpful and managed to calm me down and ensure we got our food. I am extremely grateful for their assistance, as I tend to get flustered and anxious in these situations. Their customer service was outstanding - I would give them 10 stars.

I've got to go. they had two people before me. I have a 7-point strike when I told them I'm here, they said it'll take a big time. that is fast eating that is not necessary to even say that and none of these foods takes as long as I was in the car.
