Ranch House Cafe - Canton

The staff was friendly but not attentive. They seemed brief, but there is really no excuse for not paying attention to customers. The dining area was less than half full. Wait to sit for 10 minutes; 30 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food 3 BLT and a hamburger; no cutlery, no napkins. I had to go to the toilet room to get paper towels because the three waiting staff were nowhere to find, never filled our water glasses again. We were there a total of 1 hour. The food was acceptable, but not great. We asked for mustard on the BLTs. Hardly a squirt on everyone. We visited the area and will probably never return.

I am a wheelchair customer and found it easy to maneuver in the restaurant and enjoyed good food and healthy portions. But I would like to point out the Superior Service I received from my waitress unfortunately I do not remember her name I believe besides being a waitress at this establishment she's also a coach of some sort but she was very attentive very pleasant and cordial she made me and my family's visit very pleasant I would recommend this restaurant to any family??????

I am giving 3 stars no due food quality which was great! But due timing to get our meal,more than 1 hr to get it ready? Come on?! The excuse was there were too many large parties and only 2 cooks, my advise: before you seat anyone let them know the time it will take to get your meal prepared. Our server was great communicating but they are the greatly affected by disappointed guests. Not their fault though but they shouldn't seat more guest if they are not going to be able to serve them well.

Very good food!! Service was a bit slow, but help wanted sign in the window!! There are a lot of people not wanting to work these days!

Nice hometown dinner look. Very friendly attentive staff. Clean dining area, utensils tables. Full menu served all day. The food is unfortunately very very bland. We were a party of 5. Everyone ordered something different, but each meal was flavorless. The taco salad meet was very dry. Would not recommend. Great people, flavorless food, from the house salad to the burgers to the tex mex, all flavorless.
