1980 Chinese - Canberra

I went to the Chinese restaurant in 1980 on Saturday night at 18 o'clock. it wasn't too busy, and the moment we got in, the server got a table right away. everything was very clean, and the interior was very aesthetically beautiful and modern. I loved the wall function especially with the light that went over it. the total layout of the restaurant is a bit strange, as there are three areas that are separated by doors, etc. the main dining area, a small room (I appreciate for booked occasions) with a table and a separate eventful escaping area. I didn't order too much to eat because it was a light dinner. menu is a bit expensive, but it is the cbd of canberra. in portions was more than decent, for the price. they were freshly made, not frozen and well cooked. next was the spicy chicken fried rice. that was probably the least good during the visit. portion size was extremely decent for $15, but the rice was tasteless. also white jasminreis has a taste of itself, but that had nothing. it was almost like rice with the taste of water/air. the only exception was the random, unpleasant tints of very hot spicy lumps, which were randomly scattered in the rice. also the black pods that were in the rice did not like, as they proved difficult to chew. Lastly, the jasmine tea I'm pretty sure came from a tee bag. it was pleasant not to say anything about it. overall the experience was decent, but the rice courts did not think too much for me. I expect later in the evening that it will be very busy due to the closeness of ANU/sin there began a lot of tables to get the reserved sign on them.

My favorite restaurant in canberra. chilli bohnen are an absolute must. prawns are really hot and delicious. portions are very generous and cheap.

Really beautiful and very valuable. eat and it was great.

The meals, especially hard-wall, are the largest impact on the continent. The stores, handicrafts are too bad and five occasional streets.

Since 7 years ago, I go to the restaurant and have dinner. That is really nice Chinese food in my mind.
