Meerlust Fisheries Take-aways

Bought many delicious parcels of fish and chips there over many years, unfortunately they closed down last week.

Just need more salt and vinegar as i always ask but never seem to get enough. Other than that i can't complain and been a frequent customer.

We were greeted with a big smile and a warm hallo. I ordered a russian and chips and we were told that it is not the normal russians. It was still a very big portion and got some discount as it was not the regular size. Well done for informing us ahead of time. The food was great and I will go back any time!

My absolute favourite of all the fish and chip shops available! The batter on the fish is crispy and thin, the chips cooked to absolute perfection, and they always have fresh rolls available. The shop is clean and spacious. My go-to on a Friday after work!
