My 2nd visit to Le Clos De Mauzac with friends who live locally. Superb cuisine in a wonderful location. Excellent service. If I lived permanently in the Aude I would dine here regularly.

Very good kitchen, damaging that we were put on a round table of 10 people while we were 5 . so not ideal to discuss on the pretext that the next day there was a marriage. I thought I'd make my guests discover an exceptional place.

Nice quiet establishment, the dishes are excellent. No waiting for the staff is nice. On the other hand it's better to call to book we had a nice time. To redo
