Beautiful place to stay and great service. Highly recommend!

Mt. McCloud use to e a beautiful place to have dinner and walk around the grounds for the beautiful sunsets and scenery. Now, since the restaurant closed they are charging $100.00 to go up there for the views. Four years ago my son's first date with his girlfriend he wanted to take her back up there to propose and the only way they would let him up there they have a guard at entrance to mountain) was to charge him $100 for 10 minutes of propose, nothing special but to get on one knee. Unbelievable, for that money they could have had a photographer taking pictures for them, but nothing like that did they offer, $100 for ten minutes of a view. It used to be a nice place to go, so different now.

I stayed here with my husband on vacation. The rooms were so clean. The cleaning woman went above and beyond for us making sure to leave her card just in case we needed something. She was so sweet. She definitely deserved her tip. The view from our room was breath taking, as well as all the other views you could drive to. We will definitely be staying again! Don't forget to tip the cleaning woman!

Sad can no longer go for lunch or dinner only open now for large venues what a shame was to go place whe. Family came to visit Tennessee
