Los Arcos - Camden

Stopped by at 3 today for a late lunch/early supper. No one in the place, of course. Seated quickly and then was waited on by one of the most rude servers I 've had. We ordered, he was curt and stalked off quickly. I tried to catch his eye twice to tell him we wanted cheese dip and even loudly said Excuse me, sir? to which he either didn 't hear or pretended he didn 't. As I watched him pour over his phone at the bar, I finally just got up and walked over to ask for the cheese dip and he actually rolled his eyes at me and went to the computer to type it in without a word. The dip came, it was good. Our food came. My daughter liked hers but mine was sub par. It was pretty tasteless and frankly, he seemed so offended by me asking for cheese dip I was a little wary of eating what he brought me. I can report now I feel totally fine, but I took maybe two bites of the whole plate. I tell this to explain how crummy service can really ruin a decent experience. I would visit again, but if I did I would request any other server besides this man who unfortunately looked like he was an owner or manager. If it turns out I 'm correct, then I 'll skip this restaurant altogether. There are way too many other restaurants to put up with that mess.

Service is always awful The food is sub par but they slop everything on a plate and don't even have the love for there food to at least plate it so it looks appetizing They probably only stay in business because there is no other Latin food anywhere around the area and the native Carolinians probably think this food is good but since I've lived in San Diego next to the border of Mexico I know what real Mexican food is and this is not also living in south Florida I know what real Latin food is and this place doesn't hold a candle to any kind of Spanish food I've ever had!!!

Gross gross gross and more gross. I can't eat here anymore each time the food is worst and worst. I wouldn't feed this to my dogs. There are so many more better places to eat in Charlotte.

Los Arcos was exactly what I thought it would be after I sat down. Really really OK. The service wasn't bad, staff is friendly and they are quick to take your order as well as refill water and tea. When I walked in I was promptly greeted and brought to a table, no menu yet (I'm guessing it's because some people chose the buffet, I did not) While waiting they brought me water because they had no soda for the syrups and they also offered me tea. As I am looking through the menu I notice a fly and then another and then another and then, we'll you get the point. I didn't think much of it because it was a little warm and there is a buffet, not to say you'd want flies in your food there either but I was finally ready to order. When I got my food it came correctly and with a fruit fly in the sour cream. I told my server thigh I wasn't planing on eating the sour cream any way. I ate the rest of the food, no flies I could see and it was no where near as good as I hoped it would be. Overall rating out of 5 stars I give them a 3 Food 2 stars Staff 4 stars Cleanliness 1 star They left a lot to be wanting but there's potential and it was busy so maybe my taste buds just didn't like fly.

Got to go with the other poor reviews on this one. What in the sloppy-wilted lettuce fajita salad is going on here!? Decided to stop in just because. Uh maybe it's what I ordered? Maybe not? Fajita salad is a total no . Big fat no Like the lettuce was barely there and smothered with wet hit sauteed peppers. Just wet.. yucko. Lol. Yikes. Chicken was flavorless and service tried to be friendly but didnt seem like enough people working Uhhhh no thanks! I'll pass next time...
