Bidrage med feedbackWent there yesterday, not been for years as last latte I had was the worse one I ever had! Busy, but had a table along wall. Table clean but bench seats all greasy and food everywhere, nothing to clean them with. Waited ages while husband...got coffees. He said the girl had to be told time and time again what he wanted! She took ages to do two coffees and a cake. The cake was nice, although a bit thin. Latte was good, had a cappucino afterwards also but 3/4 full cup! Lukewarm. Why can't they make coffees properly? Not the right temp. Won't bother going again. there was a lady who looked like a supervisor, tidying up etc. but she was not watching the coffee area and could have helped stop the waiting time. Much quicker in M&S!
Really bad costumer service yesterday at John Lewis technology sector between 5pm and 6pm two girls didn’t want to helps at all they were talking constantly giggling and to paying attention to help us , we we’re looking for laptop to buy but we couldn’t...sadly because there was a not Seles Assistant to help us in that point , very disappointing and rude from them because we did eye contact and they still wasn’t interested to help us ! Definitely not recommend and is all never go back there !
Visited John Lewis 'A place to Eat ' today for lunch and was appalled by the state of the restaurant area. Tables were cluttered with cups and plates with left over food on them and the chairs and floor were littered with the remnants of food....The staff didn 't have a clue regarding the menu and seemed pre=occupied with doing several jobs at once rather than focusing on customer care (obviously this restaurant does not have enough staff to operate the restaurant competently). The self service coffee machine served cold coffee and it tasted awful!! When visiting Chelmsford it was always a pleasure to stop off at John Lewis for a lunch break but from now on I 'll find somewhere else to eat, absolutely disgusting experience!!
John Lewis in Oxford Street, London offers a selection of restaurants to choose from. The restaurant on the 5th floor has seats both inside and outside on the balcony overlooking Oxford Street. There is a very wide selection of meals, snacks and drinks to choose from. This is a lot of seating, but it is very busy and can be loud. Clean with pleasant staff.
Yesterday I haven't been the worst I've ever had for years. Worked, but a table along the wall. Table clean, but bench seats all greasy and food everywhere, nothing to clean them. Waiting age while man forgets coffee. He said the girl has to be told again and again what he wanted! She took age to do two coffees and a cake. The cake was nice, though a bit thin. Latte was good, then had a paprika, but 3/4 full cup! Lukewarm. Why can't they make coffee right? Not the right attempt. It won't take anymore. There was a lady who looked like a superior, cleaned up etc., but she did not watch the coffee area and could have helped stop the waiting time. Faster in M
