Elixir Bistro - Cambridge

Whenever we dine at this restaurant, it's always a fantastic experience. We particularly loved the fact that the road was closed off to traffic, allowing us to sit outside and savor a delicious meal and a glass of wine. We highly recommend it!

Chef Pirooz is a skilled cook who prepares interesting dishes and offers a great selection of wines. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The beef bourguignon is a standout dish and the restaurant is a hidden gem.

I love the bacon wrapped scallops! Most people who have lived in Cambridge their entire lives some how still don't know this hidden gem exists. It is my favorite restaurant. The food is not over priced like some of the other so called fancy restaurants...in town (That I've found disappointing...over cooked med rare steak at the Cambridge Mill for example). I have dined at Langdon Hall, and I enjoyed my experience at Elixir Bistro far more. The food was comparable in freshness and quality, at a far more affordable price.... in an atmosphere I found more relaxing! Also if you ask the chef will always prepare a fresh vegetarian or vegan dish. Don't be afraid to ask.

We love this place it’s our go to place in Galt for dates and couples dates. Every dish we have tried has been wonderful, with so much flavourful fusions of ingredients in each dish. Kudos to the chef and the staff this place...is a must-try, you won’t regret it.

It's an ok place fairly nice dining in downtown Galt, but a little bit overpriced for what you get. I was served food I could not eat because the menu did not include a full listing of ingredients, though it appeared to be thorough.
