Thank you for your excellent customer service! Due to President's Day, no fault of the company, my order was a day late being mailed out. I was promptly notified of the delay. I was also given a free bottle of the matcha capsules and a pack of flavored matcha. The quality of the products is as good, if not better, than one of the pyramid tea services I have ordered from in the past and less expensive. I will be a repeat customer! Thanks again!

I found the tea to be quite invigorating, providing me with an energetic lift without any negative aftereffects. I particularly liked the flavored tea, with my top vote going to the strawberry flavored one.
