Cooks - Cali

Nice place in Cali's Sheraton Four Points. Calm and great service. Our favorite dishes were Shrimp Tower, Tuna Tartar and Corvina Ceviche. Large ingredients from the Pacific Ocean.

We were in a hurry and tiredness and so we made the bad decision to eat in Cooks as it was in our hotel. Besides most ou group had beautiful experiences in other Cooks around the world. Bad decision. It took two hours to have a meal, plates were delivered at different times, waiters would disappear, reappear, bring something and forget the rest and a member of our party had almost to scream to have served his plate. The food has wonderful discretion on the menu and boring taste as soon as it is served. They declare themselves to have a fusion kitchen that shows a lot of imagination from their side. A better description would be confused kitchen. Bad food, bad service but on the other hand expensive for Cali, where you can have good food for good price.

We had a company dinner and it was a nightmare. We had our drinks 45 minutes after the order. Food was nothing special, they now have a Peruvian festival. All you have ordered takes a long time to be served, and sometimes they will just never bring it. Beer was always warm

Me parecio increíble que el restaurante no tuviera alguien en la barra que pudiera mezclar un cocktail...La respuesta de los meseros fue que era un domingo...En un restaurante aliado a una marca tan grande como Four Points esto es algo inaceptable desde mi punto de vista...El servicio me parecio lento y desatento. La nota positiva fue que la comida estuvo bien...El Tartar de Tuna y el Rissoto que pidio mi pareja estaban buenos...

Nunca había ido al restaurante. Me sorprendió mucho.Me atendieron supremamente bien. Los meseros siempre super pendientes.Pedí un rollo de pollo con tocineta, acompañado con risotto y verduras. Delicioso! Y la presentación muy buena. Se veía pequeño, pero quedé bastante satisfecho.Mientras esperaba me llevaron unos chips con una salsa de fresa deliciosa.Volveré!!!
