Wendy's - Calgary

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. One vehicle in front ordered the largest order, but the order wasn't even ready. Why would you make cars wait in line who are just making a small simple order wait for them. I thought the purpose of a drive thru is a quick fast service?

Stopped in for breakfast. Koodos to the 2 ladies working as they were the only staff on site in the morning. Having to manage a drive through and walk in customers with only the 2 was a challenge but they did well.

The food was not good at all, and they had made 3 mixtakes on our order,we will not ever go back to that location again.

Hubby ordered a soda/drink and was like it taste good. Left it in the car while trying to check in the hotel and came back out, soda/drink is gone ?????..one of our fur babies approve the soda too coz she drank all of it..

Bad management and a asian employee does not cooperate with white staff who is new, feels like asian staff don't need her, guys you need teamwork you are in Canada and mgmt have to wake up??? never change whatever
