This is great if your picking quotas and soddds, but expensive and limited to shop for a family.

While I find some things here a little expensive, they have a wide range of different products that I can find nowhere else (Earth Island cream cheese! . In addition to fresh products, packaged foods and beauty/wellness cleaning products, they also have a salad bar and some finished dishes, all called vegan.

I came here for lunch and made my shopping. They had what I wanted, but I must admit that I had problems finding one of my articles (potentially an operator error). The salad bar was super good. Fresh with beautiful options and very little, that was not vegan. They also had soup and hot food available. Nice, sunny room with tables to sit and eat. Suppose I could use a real plate and metal fork instead of taking boxes and utensils away.

The name really says everything, this medium supermarket up to Earth has almost everything you need for healthy food (also a small coffee shop on the side too! The staff also seemed committed and knowledgeable. (This is one of the few outlets in the Calgary region, so I assume that the others are similar. I think a key force remains close to its customers and its community with many activities for people who take part in the course of the year. NB: You sell meat and dairy products (which I personally do not like to see, but it is a reality of these places of Wholefoods obvious below! Have fun.

This restaurant is a good option for grabbing small and unique items, but it may be too pricey and not offer enough variety for families looking to shop.
