Nando's - Bury

I always love Nando's and this is a really pleasant one. The atmosphere is welcoming but it's often very loud, making it a bit difficult to talk. We go quite frequently and usually it's fine, but I think it gets a bit too busy for them to manage, especially at weekends. Twice we've had our meals arrive before the drinks, and last time we went they had sold out of about 50% of the menu (I'm not exaggerating it was a very long list). I'll still go to Nando's but I think this branch isn't thf best for weekends.

Food took a bit longer than wanted to come but it was overall a nice experience, food was nice. Hats off to Callum who was the friendliest and most attentive server/busser I’ve experienced at Nandos Bury in years- he does his job perfectly and makes it much nicer to dine there. Stands out from the other staff. Thank you

I used to really enjoy Nandos. You could lie to yourself that it was healthy and it was always pretty tasty. Not the case for the latter any more. This visit was the first visit in about 2 years for me. We had starters and mains. I'm a big eater so had to sharing platter, but I recall the platter being much bigger and nowhere near as bland and dry. The salad my gf had was very poor, not fresh at all and she left most of it. The mains were poor, basic and dry. Someone said to me that they think Nandos is now one of the worst places to eat, something I'd agree on. The meal was £90, which is insane considering its just chicken with some spicy sauce to disguise the taste of basic chicken. Compare this to a meal at Miller Carter for example. The price will be the same but the quality of the food, surroundings and service will be far superior. Don't go here. It's dreadful. This was my last ever visit to Nandos, ever.

Service very slow. Meals all cooked and left on counter for distribution by waiter(s). Trouble was not enough waiters. When they did turn up to clear the backlog they prioritise the takeaway stuff first, leaving in house customers waiting for food. Shambolic management. Never again.

Great team! All the team were so lovely and helpful, the chap on the door, I think he was called Erin was so welcoming, super funny and just the perfect front of house staff member. The staff serving all had a smile on their face and the atmosphere was great A special thank you to the wonderful manager, he helped to use my voucher, and showed me how to use the app, Honestly they where the best nandos team Ive found yet!
