Cibo Espresso - BURNSIDE

EXCEPTIONALLY slow service even if empty. Scaling hot coffee that doesn't taste like Cibo. And above all a mistake in ordering. Stay away.

Order two food You coffee for me and my daughter today, they were terrible! Comfortable excuse for a coffee. When I was polite, the responsible asked me what I expected to do about it. I knew a refund would be out of the question, so I said a voucher for use on another day would be a good idea - so maybe I could buy a juice - but never again would I have a coffee! He refused to say unnecessarily, we left two coffee with just a few mouthful of everyone, at a cost of $12,50! Shocking coffee and shocking customer service

Coffee was disgusting and cold. It was very weak. I asked Barista to do it again, but he gave me eye roles and added an old cold shot to my coffee. I also ordered a fresh orange juice that was full of ice and was half empty. I asked the waiter to fill it, and he pretended to be, but he gave me the glass with the same amount of orange juice in it. I paid $6:30 for this orange juice that wasn't worth it at all. I'm not going back.

This is a great space that is ideal to meet friends especially with Prams. The food is good, I had a focaccia that was delicious. Coffee is great. For some reason, the service is terrible. There was a huge line to order with a person... Orders at noon, it was so slow and the staff seemed all quite uncertain what they were doin There was no urgency or professionalism. It is also quite expensive, but this is to be expected.

At the end of the day, my husband and I were craving a nice hot chocolate. The lady at the counter informed us that they were closing soon, but she kindly offered to make it for us anyway. We were grateful for her gesture, but unfortunately, what we received was essentially hot water with a small amount of milk and a sprinkle of chocolate powder. We were quite disappointed with the quality of the hot chocolate. I don't think I would return to that restaurant again.
