The lady that selects the pizza purposely gave me the smaller slices of pizza and burnt slices when there were better slices she can't even use her eyes to get the good slices and this wouldn't be a problem if the slices were cut

Zero star to customer service!! I tried to place the order online but didn’t get any confirmation and since I was going to pay cash at the door, nothing got charged, I genuinely had no idea if the order went through or not. The only thing I received after that was the option to download the app and get 25% off, which I was happy with. Placed the order through the app, got my discount and got the confirmation.The owner of the place called me because she received both orders. I was surprised to hear that but thanked her and she said she was going to cancel it.Instead of canceling the one that i didn’t get any confirmation from, she canceled the only order that I placed through the app, the one that I had the confirmation number, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and when the delivery guy arrived, he wanted to charge us $20 extra which was the cost of the pizza without the discount that the app gave to me.The delivery guy called her and spoke a different language and she said the charge that price they wanted. Then I spoke to her and said that we had already spoke over the phone, she was supposed to cancel the order whose confirmation I didn’t get, not the one that was placed and confirmed already. She was extremely loud and rude. I said to her that it was the first time ordering from them and even asked if she could honour that since it was not my fault, she refused. My husband was so upset by overhearing our conversation and all her rudeness that he refused to take the pizza. We ended up returning it to the poor delivery guy. Unbelievable! Never again!!
