I had read other reviews about the front desk staff being unfriendly and that is the truth. I checked in on Monday March 4 and the man at the desk (short guy with glasses and a beard) was not friendly at all. No smile on his face no small talk nothing. I called down to ask a question about breakfast and was cut off by the man on the phone who seemed irritated that i called. The hotel is nice. The bed is very comfortable and the room was quiet. It is close to many restaurants and the skytrain.

I have hosted events at this hotel in the past but this was my first time utilizing their accommodations and I was truly impressed. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The housekeeping staff were on point. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and the staff are really professional. Highly recommended. Rooms: 5 Service: 5

Front office did not show much courtesy and felt like I was a nuisance more than anything else. There was hair (more than one) within the clean towels, looks like it has not been painted for 20 years, gym was a joke. The highlight of my stay was that I felt like I was walking in the hall from the movie the Shining....I will never go there again and I fail to understand how they can justify charging over 200 dollars for this or even more than 50 dollars. I will go back if they pay me to go Walkability: This is the only positive.
