Shy Guy Gelato - Burlington

Amazing! Can’t wait until summer so I can frequent this spot on the regular. For now, whole pints of gelato on weekends is never a bad thing!

Super creamy, super flavorful, and super adorable. Vermont 's more of a soft serve sorry, a 'creemee ' state, which makes spots like Shy Guy that much more special. There 's a limited rotating menu so you might have to branch out and try a new flavor sometimes but it 's worth it.

If you have never been to this place, I highly recommend it. As a local guide, I can honestly and confidently say that this place has the best fresh gelato I have ever had! You can follow them on Instagram to see their daily fresh and creative flavors. Some of my favorite flavors are: Honey Pistachio, Nectarine, Cherry Amaretto, Strawberry Pistachio, and Malt Chocolate. I may be a little off with the names. This place will not be a waste of your time, I promise :

I just absolutely love this place. The owner is the nicest dude. I barley know him and I'd vote for him for mayor. My 2 year old would eat at shy guy for every meal.

The chocolate gelato is very dark and rich, and a bestseller for them, always vegan. There is always another fruit taste that is vegan. Paul, the owner, is very open to enquiries, and I regularly ask him for the vegan peanut butter cup or vegan garbage container that has Oreos and Keksteig and so. Its vegan pistacia is wonderfully associated with chocolate. A really sweet place with a beautiful mood and wonderful owners.
