Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Burlington

Best pizza in this area. I worked at the old Ken's in the late 70s. It did not disappoint. Dan, the owner came out to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes. Brought back a lot of great memories.

Always a crowd pleaser. Our 6 year old loves this place and the food has always been delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful too!

I normally have no complaints but this is the 3rd time I've ordered the boneless wings and they are SO small for the price. Also, I never recieved ranch with them.

Dawn is very personable and friendly! She was quick to help us at the counter and very polite while picking plates up off our table!! We wanted a specific pizza and she made sure we got it in a timely manner!! Quite satisfied with our visit today!!

There was nothing wrong with the food, it was actually quite good. However, I did have a problem with one of the workers up front. I walked in and was seen right away, the girl who was helping me then started looking for my order. As she was doing thisthe person up front was complaining to someone and said something along the lines of: I 'll just make Ava do it which I foundout was the girl who helped me.  She stopped looking for my order because the person up front gave her quite a few jobs to do.I was waiting for quite a long time, but that wasn 't the problem. The problem was the way this person up front was treating thispoor girl. They then had a slight altercation and the girl said something like I 'm trying , and she clearly was. I work incustomer service and if I were complaining that loudly about one of my coworkers in front of customers I would be in trouble.That girl was clearly doing her job to the best of her ability and didn 't deserve to be treated in such a rude manner.Especially in front of customers.
