This store's owner Victoria made a nice cake for a special occasion. She communicated well and cared about making sure it was done right. She thanked me for my business. I will visit this location whenever I'm in the area. Thank you Victoria.

This place is kinda dirty, wouldn't recommend!! The owner was kind of rude to her staff.

Super Baskin Robbins. This owner really cares about her store and her customers. Parking is difficult around lunchtime, but she has been here a long time, and is a GREAT lady and a great little store. There are not many around!

So I went into the Burlingame California store to get my free birthday scoop. I told the girl I had a free birthday coupon on my phone. I showed her the app, she asked me to scan it which I did, and on her end, it came up as used . I told her that 's impossible. I haven 't used it yet, the expiration date is February 1, 2023, she then said to zoom into the picture of the QR code and scan it again, which I did. Again, she told me it came up as used. I said, can 't you use the number on here? She said no the company doesn 't allow it there 's a red line across it (whatever that means) So I said forget it and I left. This isn 't my typical store. I usually go to the store in Millbrae, California. After I finished my errands, I ended up going to the Millbrae store. Told them that I had a birthday coupon, showed them the picture on my phone, they asked me which one I would like, they scanned it no problem! This girl needs to be retrained at the Burlingame store. Or lose more customers as I won 't be returning to that location!
