Bidrage med feedbackJT's is a great restaurant. The food, drinks and vibe are some of the best in the neighborhood. They do an incredible job with all their dinners. I recommend the Spinatbrot, Bolognese and each of their pizzas. It's really all delicious.
JT?s seems to be another restaurant that has decreased in terms of the quality of service and product, while at the same time increasing prices. I have eaten here many times, both in and take, and until recently this was my favorite place to get a steak sandwich. During my last visit, the welcome I received at the hostage was a total shutdown. No smile and hello, I couldn't even hear what the two women told me after asking for a table. My waitress originally seemed nice. I ordered the steak sandwich this time. When it was released, I noticed that the piece of meat was drastically smaller than what I used to receive, while the price also increased by $2. After taking my first bite, I found that the steak was overcooked and extremely hard to chew. Just a terrible piece of meat. During the time I eat, I was not asked how things were. When the waitress decided to prepare the bill, I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the steak I received. She took my plate and informed the manager. The manager turned out to be one of the women behind the hostage when I came in. The waitress returned and asked if I would like a free dessert or drink, I said?no, thank you.? She gives me the bill. I look at it and say, manager couldn't do anything, huh? She says to ask her again? So the manager comes by and tells me it's my fault because I ate half the sandwich. So I had to tell her that no one came here to ask me how it was. Finally, she agreed to take the sandwich of my bill all together, but at this point I was honestly insulted by the way she treated the situation. Customer service is lacking. The food has been so subdued lately, I can only assume that there have been changes in kitchen staff, the worse. A recent visit led me to a fish rog. It was so overcooked and dry, could even eat half of it. The Coleslaw was very good and the Pommes here are usually top notch, but they were terrible on my last visit with the sandwich. I am not a person who likes to complain because I try to be understanding, but consistency is the key to restaurants and quite open, this place was consistently bad since late. I'm really sorry to see it.
We went to a friend's birthday dinner with 14 people. They were great for our big party, the food was excellent and our waitress Lilly was really the best! She expected every need and if someone in the kitchen accidentally threw away my remains, they made me a completely new meal at home! How incredible service. Thanks for a great night!
I noticed that the staff didn't check on my date and I as often as the did the other customers, I don't want to make something out of nothing but, we were the only brown skin people on the entire restaurant. Nevertheless, the food was absolutely delicious I had the black spaghetti and shrimp and my husband had the pizza. The service definitely could have been better.
My friends and I came for brunch. The bar and restaurant are nice. The drinks were great the service was good. I had high hopes for this restaurant, unfortunately I was not pleased. I ordered shrimp and grits and asked for over medium eggs. When my food came out my eggs were sunnyside up. I almost never send food back however my eggs were runny and slimy so I told the waitress and she took the plate back. When my plate was returned the eggs had been completely cooked through. Clearly over hard and dry. I really hate to complain and was definitely not about to send my plate back again! I decided to just enjoy the shrimp and grits, only to find my shrimp was overcooked and chewy. You get 3 shrimp with this dish I ate only 1, and didnt even eat the eggs. It's disappointing. My friend liked her meal she ordered the lamb and hash. I will not return, it's not worth the $80 I spent on my plate and 2 drinks plus tip. Underwhelmed.
