Slowest service ever, person on the intercom didn't know what she was doing!!

Could you focus on the staff's well being or something? I don't know give them pizza or something? Every time I come here, the staff is more miserable than jesus on the cross!

Only 1 car in front of me I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes, I ordered a milkshake once I got up to the window I was given a half melted shake. You guys gotta do better!!
