Up-ryes Bagel Deli - BRYN MAWR

I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT?s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can?t wait to try the other menu items.

The staff at this restaurant was very patient with me as I was unsure of what to order since it was my first time there. The restaurant was recommended to me by someone else, but I couldn't remember which sandwich they suggested. I ended up choosing a sandwich and it was delicious, with a short wait time and no long lines. The restaurant opens early and has convenient locations on my way to work. I apologize for eating half of my sandwich before taking a picture.

I bought a dozen bagels for my children and this is what they found when trying to eat their breakfast. Who would expect to bite into a screw while eating breakfast. I?ll never be back.

Great lunch spot. We talked to one of the owners, Jared, and he was very hospitable and hard working. Grab a sandwich and sit outside! Everything on the menu is delicious.

While out shopping we were looking for a breakfast/lunch stop and found up-RYES was nearby. The Hungry Jack sounded amazing to me (I got it without the aioli , my wife had the Brisket biscuit, and we each ordered a bagel (all to-go. The good: the Hungry Jack was amazing. Really don 't know what to say. Eggs were just right, it was loaded, but not messy, spicy tomato jam was delicious, and the Challah bun was light, but held together. (I gave the biscuit a try which was also good, but I preferred my sandwich . The eh : I 'll take this as a bit of my fault. We got home, unpacked the bag, and it was missing my bagel. Hindsight is I should have checked before leaving, but I was disappointed. At $2, I 'm glad it was my plain bagel that got missed and not one of the sandwiches. I 'd wish we found this place sooner. Highly recommend the sandwiches, and I 'd still like to try the bagels since they looked good (and my wife liked hers.
