I attempted to place an online order several times from cell and iPad, but received errors stating that, “something went wrong items not added”. So I called the store and Summer, the shift manager, said that they don’t honor online deals and call Custer service if want to discuss. She didn’t know their number or if they place orders. She said she knows as much as I do about that stuff and not trained to deal with it. The website also said my order would be ready in 22-35 minutes. It came an hour later through a third party delivery service.

I ordered on the pizza hut app. They sent it to door dash because they have no drivers. 2 pizzas a double order of breadsticks and 3 Mariana cups. I waited over an hour for door dash to bring me my food. Pizzas were fine. Received 1 order of breadsticks. 1 Mariana cup. I called the store. And was told I needed to contact uber. Even though I ordered through the pizza hut app and assigned a door dash driver. I mentioned that and the manage insisted that he made my order and was correct. When I questioned why he asked me to contact uber he said have a good night and hung up. I feel like money was taken from my pockets. Pizza hut is the absolute worst pizza place in brunswick. Do not eat there.
Hi I 'm Nick! Im your local marcos Gm. I am always here to help. What some people won 't tell you is that we offer help options when things are not going as planned. They get mad, they cuss, they leave bad reviews. What they don 't tell you is the kindness they were presented with, the options to do something else should option A not be there, and that usually we do something like that at a discounted price or even FREE since we were unable to accommodate the original request. One of those people is on a very recent comment talking about a sandwich he asked for. Well we had run out of sun buns not long before that gentleman called. I asked if there was something else we could do and he cussed at me and cussed at me some more while asking for a refund. I maintained professionalism and refunded his order since he was inconsolable. I did everything possible to try to help him but he chose to be rude then misrepresent his experience here on yelp. I understand being upset not being able to get the one item you ordered, but this gentleman wouldn 't even explore another option or allow me to tell him that it would have been on us. Give people a chance. They might surprise you.
