Mcdonald's - Brossard

I drive for Uber Eats and this is the worst McD’s of all I’ve ever been to. Always short staffed, it’s a drive-through but you will always have to wait. If I was the franchise owner I’d be ashamed of this place.

Food was ready in under 10 min (family of 4, breakfast). The dining area had to be one of the cleanest I have been in. Overall great experience.

Give one star only because there's no option for zero star. WORST in sercive and food quality I've ever seen.

The manager was outside blocking the doorway talking to people. They had 4 orders on the go and kept calling people over when they weren't complete. One lady handing out orders was sticking her hand inside every cup. The guy who gave us our order gave us a medium drink instead of a large and practically ran away before we could correct him. The manager was outside sweeping when we left, which I assume should've been done about 7 hours ago and is probably due to be done again in 2 hours. The manager needs to learn how to delegate tasks so they can work on improvements instead of hiding outside. At least the food was hot and delicious.

What a f…king mess!!! You are better off going to another McDonalds! Never will come back.
