Beltran's Grill - Broomfield

Staff is very kind and the food is good. the restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. the beans in the burrito were very overpowering compared to the rest of the ingredients; we were also given a check long before we finished dinner and didn?t get a chance to order dessert.

Margaritas are so so good; I am obsessed with their Sandia Margarita. The staff is lovely, the food is delicious, and the presentation is good. The place has a good environment, music is good. Everytime I go, I have a great time.

Great place to eat with the family. The tacos are awesome and very flavorful! I have tried some of the stranger ones and some regular one. My wife loves the cactus one and I love just their alpastor. If you are a lover of tacos, need to try this place out. I also recommend coming during happy hour.

The barbacoa burrito was pretty spectacular! Great flavor to the green chili... And the carnitas taco was good too! Good drinks!

Fire. Absolute FIRE. These tacos are the bomb. The carnitas taco had some of the most tender meat. The deep fried fish tacos were absolutely delicious. The only thing I'd improve upon is to have the bartender more on top of things. My water did run low. I've worked as a server and bartender before and I never waited for the guest to ask me to fill back up. I'd check in from time to time and keep an eye on things. This is easily rectified with some additional training, though. It was a little disappointing especially since there were only two guests sitting at the bar at the time but I'm sure it will get fixed in short order. The owner that I had the pleasure to speak with when I was there was a really cool dude. Anyway, other than that, the tacos are among the best I've had in Denver since I've lived here, if not THE best. Nice decor too, I have to say.
