Bidrage med feedbackBlizzard, took the kids for blizzards. The iconic upside down ice cream.. when handed to us it was a frosty. Completely melted.. turn around to go back through the drive through to get a new one and given another melted ?blizzard? . What a joke.
The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly. However, the hamburger I ordered was terrible. It seemed like the meat was cooked, frozen, and reheated multiple times - it was that bad. There was an overwhelming amount of mustard on the burger, masking any other flavors (which may have been intentional). The onion rings were okay, but edible enough since I was hungry. I might return for an ice cream treat in the future, but I will never order a beef item again.
The line at the restaurant was long, but I didn't have to wait long to get my food. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese and was pleasantly surprised to find that the meat was hot and the cheese was melted. The sandwich was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this Dairy Queen as long as they maintain the quality.
This was hands down the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. We waited 22 minutes in the drive-thru before even being able to place our order. When we asked for a #3, the double A1 burger with onion rings, we were informed that they were out of onion rings so we settled for fries. Unfortunately, we later realized that the burger my husband had ordered actually came with onion rings. In addition to the burger, we also ordered 2 chicken basket meals. When we got home, just 8 minutes away from the restaurant, we discovered that the food was terrible. The portions of the chicken baskets were extremely small, akin to a child's meal, and both dishes were cold. To make matters worse, the requested sauce was missing from the order and instead, we found a strange white sauce in a small Styrofoam container. My husband couldn't even identify what it was. The A1 burger my husband ordered, which cost $12, was missing all of the toppings, and was old and dry with a burnt piece of bacon on top. His fries were also half-empty. Despite wanting to return to the restaurant and complain, I had just finished a 14-hour workday and had another long day ahead of me. Ultimately, the entire experience was highly disappointing and certainly not worth the $26.93 that we spent.
Left without even buying anything. waited in line for 10+ minutes, ice cream cake was nearly melting and we weren?t even acknowledged in line. kitchen full of staff with one cashier who wasn?t even at the register. honestly insane that anestablishment can?t even check out a cake when there is ONE PERSON in the line.
