They made my birthday experience very unforgettable!

We did not eat in this restaurant. he went to a nightclub atmosphere of vegas, told the guy at the door that we had a reservation at 8:15 and he told me to come in a long line that was for reservations. the music was so loud that I could hardly hear him and we were out. we didn't wait to eat here. I have read some critikens that have said this was a very loud restaurant, but I didn't think it was such a problem. the whole mood was not what we wanted for a nice dinner.

We were so extremely disappointed with our most recent visit to Sea. We had a reservation but it took 20 min to get seated and another 20 before someone even came by to get a drink order for us. The drinks didn’t even come until right before our food came out. Not ONE time did we have additional service throughout our meal (asking for more drinks, etc. . I guess they didn’t care if we wanted to spend more money or have something else to drink! Multiple couples and parties around us were treated the same. I would not go back until this issue is fixed.

The service was a bit unprofessional. I called the restaurant prior to arrival to confirm the address zip code because google and Open Table has 2 different zip codes. I spoke with an employee and she told me she would ask for the zip code then put me on hold, I waited for about 3 minutes before she hung up on me. Eventually, my family I figured out which location it was. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told I couldn’t be seated until my whole party arrived and asked me to wait outside. That’s understandable, it’s a Friday night, it can get busy. The restaurant staff provided me with a 20 min grace period, fair. Once my entire partied arrived, we were seated. The waitress was extremely rude, cutting us off mid order. She didn’t have the patience. I understand that the feeling of tending to multiple parties at a time can feel overwhelming. However, patience is needed for each party. If you rush, there might be some confusion. Our food arrived extremely fast and it was absolutely delicious. Best part of the night. Our drinks took longer to arrive. My mom didn’t like her drink and when we asked for a new one, we received attitude in return. We decided to order another share of dumplings, when I asked the waiter for it he spoke chinese to the waitress about it. We decided to disregard the order. Yes, we had many different people attending to us, a bit chaotic. We were celebrating my Mom’s birthday so we asked for a song or whatever the restaurant provides when there’s a birthday. We were intrigued by the huge sign that said happy birthday and a sparkler. They provided birthday shots, but not free of charge. That definitely gets included in the bill. Overall, we enjoyed the time as a family although the service could’ve been more professional.

Literally the worst restaurant. No one took care of us. We had to ask for water numerous times and wait 45 minutes for the check. Music is blasting. Definitely not going back
