I asked what it was about (required to know how to get on the action he said it's halloween?, they're trick-or-treatment! it was refreshing to see that a retailer would treat our children with. it was good to do business with him. not a huge donut fan, but my experience gave me a reason to return. the load was smaller and clean.
I asked for a decaf coffee but they had run out, so they offered to make a fresh pot. When I mentioned that I couldn't have regular coffee due to a heart issue, they didn't seem to think it was important. This was a first for me at 67 years old. I will not be returning to this restaurant located at 1617 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.
This is the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They prioritize online orders over in-person customers. The man working the register is always slow and struggles to take orders.
Listen…. i don’t want to be a hater but this place is kind of awful. The manager does not know what they’re doing, the staff is just running around without a cause most of the time, and the service is just so so slow. I know it’s a hard job when you are public facing and I hate that I’m even leaving this review but it’s just a really really bad place.
Love the hashbrowns dunkin sells. Love all the different Latte's that are seasonal. Had the pumpkin spice signature Latte and i think i am hooked on this ice latte. The place is small and usually crowded but it's worth the wait. Donuts of all kinds like the famous Boston cream plus they have blueberry muffins.
