White Castle - BRONX

I visited this location with my mom as she wanted a chocolate milkshake. For those that don?t know about White Castle the size of their sandwiches are bite sized like sliders. The sell burgers, chicken, fish, fries, onion rings, chicken rings, etc. My daughter decided to order food from this location which in my opinion was a big mistake. I stopped eating White Castle years ago because after consuming I would get really sick. White Castle?s famous nick name is ?murder burgers.? My daughter end up getting sick later that evening and she was vomiting. I believe she learned her lesson and I don?t think she?ll be eating White Castle ever again. This location service is fast and the order was ready rather quickly. The representatives were pleasant and professional. The indoor seating area remains closed due to COVID. There are also restrooms at this location but it is also closed due to COVID. This location has a drive thru for those that don?t want to go inside to order and a parking lot so you can park your car to go in and order. I believe you can also place your order online and pick it up. The location also accepts both cash and card. If you plan on giving it a try be careful have something for your stomach. I have the location 3 stars because it?s clean and the hospitality of the staff.

Despite ordering well ahead of my visit via the mobile app, still had to endure a significant wait for my food once I actually pulled up. The food legit, delicious. I've never had a more satisfying white castle experience. Burgers were hot AF and the ingredients and condiments were super fresh. They slayed.

I?ve always been a fan of White Castle but I?ve only had them in Queens location and East New York location. Second time ordering a Bronx location it went great! I ordered through ubereats for some late night munchies even though knowing I would regret it in the morning! Lol Their fries weren?t soggy had the perfect amount of salt. Their chicken rings and chicken breast sliders were fried to perfection. Typing this review is actually making me crave White Castle now lol. You can never go wrong with this fast food. I?m not a fan of their burgers but I def suggest getting mozzarella sticks WELL DONE their chicken breast sliders no cheese You won?t regret it!

I understand it was midnight after a Yanks Game? If we focus more on taking orders and making sure they are correct. Rather than laughing and talking in male customers face. I would have received the 1921 Ghost Pepper Cheese slider(Was regular cheese)I asked for along with 3 original sliders, A crispy chicken sandwich combo add bacon. 9 sack of chicken rings And a Sprite. My question is when has ketchup ever been on an original slider? that I had to ask be added and was only given two and not three and were not accurately made. The grease needs to be changed as well. Highly disappointed !

From the manager to the workers this place should be closed. When it's no leadership from the top what is to be expected from the staff. Also when your cashier's mouth is more dirty than a toilet it doesn't make for good customer service.
