We went to lunch on Friday and we set ourselves right away. The hostess was welcoming and he has good energy to welcome people. Our waitress was very attentive and never let our drinks low. Her frackled lemonade (strawberry lemonade) is more on the tart side than the sweet. My son thought it was perfect and my daughter gave her some sugar. Our food was brought out immediately. The onion rings were super crispy and perfect. The hamburgers were good, but never really taste how the patties are made fresh, but taste packed. Overall a good experience. So sad. Ordered the Bazai which used to be one of my favorite burgers. Cold bun. No teriyaki or seasoning on meat. Laughable grilled pineapple and 2 corners of cheese. Not typically one to complain. Found the stall dividers in the restroom literally falling off the wall. Only redeeming quality about my visit today was the staff. These people are clearly stretched beyond reasonable limits and were still friendly and genuine. The company needs to help their employees.

Burger was top notch. Sweet tea was not any good, but was prompt to bring another drink. Just a FYI, the screen on the table will stop you from pressing the back button. So your forced to play the mini game, and they charge 1.99 for entertainment fee. Other then that, was good.

Just want yall to know how much we loved our experience eating there on Oct 22 . Megan was our server and she was just outstanding !! Our drinks stayed filled and so did our bottomless fries and she did it without hovering . She was so nice as well and welcoming. Her alone would bring us back ,but not the only reason ; . Yall accommodated my sister's dietary restrictions of no gluten and no dairy . We have a hard time finding affordable restaurants that will do this for us . We actually came in at around 2pm the first time and Megan had advised us that your gluten free fryer was having to be strained and redone b/c of a mistaken cross contamination. We had already got our drinks to . She advised it would be about 45mins and it would be back up and running. So we decided to run and errand and come back then so my sis could enjoy having French fries that had no cross contamination. Megan made our drinks to go and we did come back later. My mom had the fondue cheeseburger, I had the whiskey river BBQ burger and sis had the impossible hamburger and gluten free fries. My burger came out a burnt ,but yall remade a new one for me no problem. It was so good . Again ty for the meal and accommodating my sister's dietary restrictions. We will be back . :

It was amazing! Our waitress Margo was so lovely and very friendly. She helped us out with everything and was on top of it all! I went with a friend for her birthday and the food was great. I got a Vegan veggie burger with garlic fries. It was to die for! We also got ourselves some drinks. Definitely will be going there again. 10/10.
