7-eleven - Broadway

Great customer service. I love the new shops they have built or rebuilt in the last 3 years. Because for a while the 7-11 shops here, we go downhill because of the owners who ran it. But if they are affording to continue the business, I think it's valleys that all of these 7 Elevens have taken over. I think this is the best they could ever have done, they are great shops to go every day to get a cup of coffee. Great group of people. But before, when people from India owned or ran, it went down very quickly. It's definitely turned around.

Very crowded in the store with lots of shelves. Variety was good. Overall just a meh place.

I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant, but recently the new manager, Manda Lam, told my husband, who also works there, that she was going to get trespassing papers on me. Just two days ago, she falsely accused me of stealing from the store and threatened to press charges. It has been nothing but harassment from her and she is unpleasant. She does not deserve to be in a position of authority at the store, especially with her behavior. If you have any further questions, you can contact Richard who also works there. Thank you.

There is no public restroom available and the store is messy. It is recommended to go somewhere else.
