Panda Express - Broad Channel

Panda Express is one iconic restaurant with delicious Asian cuisine. I recommend the Beijing Chicken, which is sweet and savory for your bowl or plate. The cashier and associates who prepare the food were very kind and professional. The store is well decorated and highly maintained. They helped me customize my food, guided me to use the app, and reminded me to take the survey for more bonuses. The food is delicious and I would come back for a short stop to eat and enjoy the food they prepare for customers here in Fordham.

Went to purchase food 6:15pm tonight 1/27/2024 the worst customer service experience. Africa American young lady taking orders was unprofessional, nasty body language. Spoke with manager who did nothing about the service. When leaving the young lady call me that women....unprofessional, she needs training. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I will be contacting Corp office. The broccoli was not fresh. They are selling anything in our neighborhood.

I always order on seamless and different apps. This store never sends the order correctly is like they don’t even review the receipts. I ordered once and they forget the chicken rolls and the drinks. I ordered again and they forgot the drinks.

This place has fallen a lot in terms of quality, today i order some food, was not fresh seems like it had days on the counter, chicken was raw and spoiled, noodles was hard and very dry like taken out of the fridge an reheated, rice had no flavor and not well cooked. Expensive food, taste horrible, and they aren't even serving an acceptable portion for almost 13usd.... FOOD FROM THIS SPECIFIC LOCAL IN IS DISGUSTING.... Employees in that place are like if they had somebody pointing at his head... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY..
