Always amazing treats but the service is so slow every time I go.

Such a quaint place with delicious options. The was good and they have a better version of a KitKat than you've ever had.

Small and very limited selection of macarons (only 4 flavors available) Macarons are the iconic product of Laduree. What is worth only proposing 4 flavors?

I was never treated so bad as a customer as I was treated yesterday by employee named Lucy at Madison Ave. Boutique Location. I had a waiter make fun of my friend who was celebrating her birthday here. We have been here multiple times and never had an issue. For this employee to have Mimicked my friend is beyond anything I have ever seen. The manager came at the situation worse and that was uncalled for. I Will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. from someone that client facing this is the most unprofessional service I have encountered to date. Best Regards; Daiana
