Jade Garden - Broad Channel

I don’t know what people are thinking . But this is literally the nastiest Chinese food I ever had. It literally tasted like left over food that’s been sitting out. Would not eat here again.

I've been ordering from Jade Garden for years and they're great! I always get the egg drop and chicken/corn soups, sometimes a spring role. They are very friendly, fast, and delivery doesn't take too long.

Used to be a lifelong customer, but I guess they’re under new management now. Made an order via phone one day 9:20 after a long day of work. Confirmed order will be arriving in 40 mins, but it never arrived. They never delivered it. I called before closing and got no answer.I call next day to tell them what happened and the manager didn’t care, barely apologized. Asked if I wanted the order I made for dinner the night before right now, a whole day after, which felt pretty insulting. I asked if it’ll be comped or half off or 25% off or anything since we went dinnerless the night before due to them and the manager said no because it was a cash order. They literally have my address when I call, I used to eat with them often (even after they raised the prices AGAIN [update your menu] but they lost me, my family and my friends as customers for life.

This place just profiled me on this day, when inside oder my meal, vegetable fried rice with spareribs tips, order was about $10 gave the lady my card. she takes a minute looks at the card and looks at me and ask if i have cash. this should not happen in NYC in 2021. my order number was 266 on 09/29/21.

Not the best and not the worst. Egg roll was fire but very bland fried rice and wonton soup had barely any flavor. The general tso chicken isn't good either
