The Jolly Sailor Wetherspoon

Young staff rude and ignorant! Only wanted to serve their mates. Juvenile female management, lazy nasty and couldn't careless! Cliquey atmospheres unless you knew the bar staff and were part of their own private youth club that they created. The sooner this Wetherspoons is sold and closed down the better! A disgrace to the entire company!

Came in for a couple after a busy day and as always Kayla was very helpful and friendly and quick with a smile. Which helps to make this the best Spoon's in Bristol. Jordan and a new member of staff called Ella were also very friendly

This is my local pub and it's the best Spoon's in Bristol. The staff are excellent from top to bottom from the manager David, to Jordan, to Sophie, Kayla and Sherry. All are friendly and always have a can do attitude

How long will this place last? Poor (absent) management, regular lack of staff at bar (doing other stuff), no control of loud customers, lack of final orders communication.

Saw a bad review but it was the closest wetherspoons coming from day out in Bath so rang ahead to ask if they had parking and had a lovely response from a lady telling us there is a free car park on Sunday’s for shoppers across the road. ideal! got here, found nice table, ordered easily via app. wi-fi good in this pub. nice chap brought drinks over, and later the good. all arrived really quickly and my gosh, that lasagne and salad was just what i needed after a weekend of takeaway food. delicious. i’m stuffed now. thank you very much Jolly Sailor. you deserve a brilliant review tonight!
