Olive Garden Italian Kitchen - Brighton

Great customer service from Caleb M, worked a shift around 5:30pm, blonde, tall, and fair skinned. Caleb, you served me and my spouse at the end table near the kitchen/bar. You are absolutely one of the top servers I’ve come across and I’m not from the States, I’m from New Zealand. I hope your manager sees this and understands how on-beat you were to serving us, how friendly and approachable you were to everyone you served. We had complications with our dish, but it’s all under the bridge because of you! Thank you for serving us and every other table with respect, great mannerisms, and everything. I hope you get paid super well that you move onto a higher paying job, you’re **** fantastic! I really do wish you the best pay week!!!!!

My family and I had the best dinner experience here tonight. The manager Claudia was AWESOME and our waitress was so lovely, friendly and attentive. We had beautiful meals and a beautiful birthday dessert. Thank you Olive Garden!

Our experience at Olive Garden on Lee Road was great. We are quite common Olive Garden customers, so our expectations for a somewhat consistent meal. I must say that my recent experience in several Olive Gardens made me cut back on ingredients that water things a little down. Today's experience was great. The dishes, although the same we always order, were rich and tasty. We had waited a little, but it was worth it!! Keep it up and we're back more often.

Was fast sitting, had a quirky, funny waitress. The drinks were delicious and the food was hot. Everything was good, even the appetizers. I wish they had more variety to the menu unlike so many pasta dishes that look the same, but otherwise good food.
