Bidrage med feedbackI had an amazing experience at this location!!!! The hostess, I think her name was Lexi, was so nice and had a contagious smile. Right away she made us feel welcomed. Our server, Carlos, was amazing!!! He always made sure our water was full, even after wepaid!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!
This was a trying experience, let me tell you. The meal came out hyper greasy, to a point I simply could not stomach much of it after a few bites. The fries were lukewarm and got cold fast to add to that. Fortunately, our waitress was a boss. Assisted innegating what problems we were having and even replaced the bun for the burger with a better one. Even got us a free refill ofour specialty drink! Kudos to her!
Wow, i had never been to this Chili's before but glad we came in. The waitress was welcoming and friendly, our food was served quickly and tasty and the price was great too! We got the 3 for me or something like that and wow a delicious bargain i lovedthe spicy buffalo chicken sandwich and the fries were perfect better than any other fries i think I've had. Family loved theirfood and we ate comfortably.
These workers hustle. Great team! Very welcoming and friendly. Loved the food. Gosh was it good! We really enjoyed their chip trio. The queso was my fave. Oh also their tortilla soup was SO good!
Such a disappointment! Let me say my server was very personable and did a great job keeping our drinks full and was very engaging. But my experience takes a turn from there. My loaded potato soup was the color of cheddar cheese. I began to wonder ifI had ordered cheese soup rather than potato soup. It was edible but not memorable. My Mango habanero tenders had a texture thatwas off putting. They looked nothing like what was featured on the menu. They appeared dry and had no additional dipping saucewhich was definitely needed. My corn on the cob was dry and served without butter. None was offered so it was unclear if any wasavailable. It had been plated fresh because when I picked it up to eat it, the underside was moist. Had the upper side arrivedat my table looking like that, I would have been excited. Despite my entire meal having been mostly sent back no one asked if mymeal was okay. No manager check in, perhaps this is just a California thing. But had the management team taken the time tocheck with their customers, they could have been made aware of these things personally. Your wait staff should not have to takethe brunt of said issues. They neither prepared the food, nor are they responsible for your customers visit beyond theirservice. (The one thing she could have done was call attention to the amount of food being sent back to the kitchen.Interestingly she offered no box, merely to take it away. It makes me wonder what your policy is under saidcircumstances. Otherwise, it falls to the management team to ensure your guests are well fed. You entirely missed saidopportunity today! .
