Fei Ma - Bridgeport

I am a very picky eater.. my staff rave over this place and I decided to order with them and got half a chicken well made and pork rice... the chicken was the best thing I had in years .. well done as I asked and sooooooooo tastefully.. The rice was also on point and very... as for customer service... I ordered over the phone and I was the typical service I got in any other Chinese restaurant... but the food was deff 5stars.. I ordered again today and it was amazing!!

Fei Ma serves incredibly delicious food! It is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. The only downside is that they do not offer delivery, but their food is so good that I don't mind making the drive to pick up my order. Additionally, they offer a 10% discount for students from Fairfield University.

Very average Chinese cuisine. Could have used more spices and spices. I asked about my chicken extra sharp and it wasn't hot. Portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed the hot and sour soup!

Neighborhood Chinese restaurant with a lot of clientele. Decent food.

Stay away from this place!!! Customer service is the worst. Rude people since the beginning when they’re taking the order over the phone. They’re always right and client is never right. Just ordered take out from them because I was nearby. Ordered orange chicken and it was undercooked. When I called to let them know they claimed that’s how the chicken is cooked and that I was wrong and that without them seeing the chicken they wouldn’t agree or accept responsibility that I needed to bring the chicken back for them to check. Stupid statement on their part. I’m on the customer service business and my client is always right. To make everything worse they said that they’re gonna refund me ONLY the chicken because they were absolutely sure I ate the rice and egg roll but not the chicken from the order
