Guadalajara Taqueria - Brenwood

$38 for two crunchy tacos, 4 asada tacos, 1 shrimp taco and 2 Jarritos. I'd be happy paying that if the food was memorable and or better. Taste was ok, meat was cold in my tacos. We were the only ones inside on a Sunday afternoon and it still took about20-25 minutes to be served. Only good thing here were the salsas. That's all.

June Update: After 3rd attempt to come, we finally got IN to try to support a new local place! So that right there increases to at least 2 ??, because this time we got food and not just waved at more than once... ???????? But that 's where it ends...Maybe they just consistently have off-days when we show up, because they have a following and business appears to be good. Igave a 20% tip because I 'm nice, but staff was just on her phone...not even really interactive or friendly. Nothing more than aMcD 's employee would do, yet $26 just for 2 burritos (before tip) so very low value/value proposition. At least we foundconsistency on the feeling of weirdness and awkward feeling that the previous Emporium owners projected...legitimately felt inthe way for coming to buy items. ???????????? So all in all, hate to say it because were advocates for supporting local, butwe 're also advocates for quality and service...JUST GO ELSEWHERE. ???? Tried informing them about some areas that are incorrecton Google Maps (they don 't show up unless I search FOR their actual name) and the hours aren 't updated when they do. Thought Icould help, but girl was just rushing is through even with no one else in line. Based on prices and desire to compare to otherplaces, got 2 burritos...1 Super Pastor Burrito 1 California Asada Burrito. Taste was just OK...on par with the drive throughplace called California Burrito restaurants in Pittsburg, CA...not saying much. 1 star ?? because Used to frequent StickyChicken Ribs when it was here...relaxing place to let the kids play games they don 't normally have access to...
