First of all, Puffy Muffin makes me hungry when I hear the name.

This place is just fun! Nostalgic bakery with wonderful desserts showcased behind glass counters that bring out the child in all of us! The staff scurrying around and shouting out orders behind the counters adds a touch of excitement and expectation. The dining room is a hub of activity if you can find a seat at peak times. Generations of people have been coming here and catching up while enjoying their perennial favorites of the extensive menu. Where else can you see your dessert before you order it and you get to choose just the right one! The Boston cream cake is sublime! Another little hint is if you get the cherry or blueberry danish which we found a little underdone was to reheat in the oven and is was one of the best tasting we had ever had.

If I can describe this restaurant in one word, it would be comfort. This is a very cozy, homey restaurant where the food is delicious, and then you have a bakery with tempting pastries behind you that you can get before you leave! I also think this is cute, but this is where all of the older people go to meet with their friends, so you know it's good! Lots of fresh baked rolls to go with your meal and lots to choose from! Overall, definitely at least stop in to get a pastry.
