Ustria Miracla - Breil/Brigels

We had dinner here along with our stay in the hotel, everything from start to finish is perfect, the hotel has a fantastic 4 course menu for dinner with good choices to mix and match. The starters and the soup was perfect and prepared to perfection. The main course was also very good All in all the food and the ambience is absolutely perfect . Will surely be back when back in Brigels

We were staying at Hotel La Val and dined at the Ustria Miracla. The restaurant, the photographs are posted online, has tables nicely spaced between each person with a banquette area which does not have a view of the mountains but is more private, whilst window tables have a more light and airy view. However, all tables are pleasant and of a good size. The menu comprises around six options for each course with a three or four course option. We chose the chicken salad, curry soup, local fillet of beef and the cordon bleu. The style of the cuisine is relatively mainstream with uncomplicated sauces and flavours, but delicately combined. The quality of the meat was outstanding. The cheese selection comprised local cheeses, all of which were very fresh and perfectly served. The restaurant team were all very warm, attentive and friendly, particularly so, and this gave an additional warmth and power to the meal itself. A large proportion of the guests were from the hotel who were on the half board selection and despite that, it was very clear that all concerned enjoyed the quality of the cuisine and a few outside guests also were in attendance. If we were to stay at the hotel again, we would certainly dine there and we would also very much like to pass on our thanks to all of the team for making the dinner such a warm and enjoyable experience.

We ate two dinners here and both of them was fantastic. Very kind staff, delicios foods. Romantic place.

Nothing more to add. Perfect in terms of quantity, quality and visual presentation. It is almost impossible to find the right balance without sacrificing one of these features and they totally nailed it. The staff can read your thoughts before you even realize what you want. I've seldom eaten that well. A MUST!

As we were staying in the hotel we ate here 4 times in the evening. Raffaele and his team were very welcoming, very friendly and the service from all was impeccable. The choice of food to eat was superb and tasted so. Beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef and his team. Great atmosphere.
