Bidrage med feedbackWe’ve used this Domino’s on multiple occasions, but a recent experience in December 2022 has led us to write this review. We placed an order at around 18:20 on a Sunday evening, the food didn’t arrive until 20:00 and was like warm at best. I raised this with Domino’s at the time, they offered a voucher and next time I tried to use it at this store, the staff claimed they knew nothing about it! When I eventually spoke to someone who did know about the voucher, they said the delivery time would be over 1 1/2 hours, the reason for our original complaint! We’ve since tried to engage for a refund with Domino’s HQ and the owner of this “franchise” to no avail, so advice is to use another local takeaway store instead do not use this Domino’s. Support local businesses instead, the franchisee of this store does not care about basic customer service.
What more can I say…. “DEE” really bad customer service. Previous order I was should have had cookies but got wedges, called up… they be on ya next order. I ordered today , I called up to say Iv made an order… so put my cookies in there… il personally do it…. Order came, I knew order was wrong as driver didn’t hand cookies over, a nice driver with glasses in his 30’s drove blue car… I rang them up… made out I was a liar… how dare you Dee… said that can’t put it on next order you must come and collect them. Iv paid a delivery service. She wasn’t going to refund it, give me a coupon… I said I wanna talk to your manager… “DEE” was the manager… she said she called her bosses boss to get advice….. if your a manager you need to think on your toes…. I won’t ever order there again…
Constantly, over an hour wait. Rude. Run by young people who don't care. Sorry. It's true. Trying to.put you off ordering. Cutting calls halfway through. Management are a joke.
I ordered a meal for one at 6:15pm using the dominoes app, which stated a 27 32 min delivery time. I called the store 45 minutes later as the app had just updated saying the pizza was now baking. I got through to the manager who already seemed in a bad mood. I explained the situation and he stated the app is not working properly and there was a 2 hour delivery time! i asked why the app was not up to date with this as people will not want to wait 2 hours for food, and he said to go online and send a query to the tech department. I expressed how disappointed i was with the service and his attitude, and explained that i usually collect orders from the store but couldnt this evening as my wife was out and my 5 month old son was asleep. The manager responded, saying well ive explained that we are very busy and the app does not work properly. What do you want me to do? You can either wait for your oder, or wake your son up and come and collect it yourself in around 1 hour, but you may have to wait as i cannot guarantee it will be ready when you arrive . I wont be ordering from here again!
There 's a lady named 'Mae ' in this store she is very rude, childish and not very good with numbers/orders. She 's gets orders wrong often.
