Starbucks - Bradenton

Very disappointed in my experience today. Went to this location today. Spent hard earned, barely have the money to splurge on fast food/coffees. It took 30 mins to get to the drive thru window and receive my food. I have never experienced this before with Starbucks. By the time I got my egg bites and macchiato it was cold and my drink was watered down. I’m a faithful Starbucks customer but honestly this location has gone down hill including all the homeless sitting in the parking lot. I won’t return to this location and I honestly want my money returned on my gift card i refill when i have extra money.

I recently ordered breakfast takeout from this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The price per person is $10-20, and the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 stars from me. I suggest trying their delicious sandwich!

The homeless people issue has gotten out of control at this location!! I came to this location from time to time but seeing all the homeless on drugs is really bad as they sit outside at the tables and pass out. Some yelling at each other using the “F” word multiple times etc! I don’t come to Starbucks to hear this!! A couple of them also asked me if I wanted heroine! I was absolutely appalled . I will never come back here! Be aware if you want to drink your coffee there! Staff themselves are nice though.
