And the people who work there are so bothered by having to have human contact when you do need a little help getting your order in, it makes you want to just leave. I reached out when they first opened because I 've work in the service industry for most of my life and thought the company would want to know how the customer experience was and I basically got a cool thanks. We hope you return well I did return after 6 months.... Same **** different day. Upsetting but it sounds like they don 't have the infrastructure to handle much needed edits
The food was really tasty. Not a warm as other Poppo’s. Very understaffed so you’ll have to be patient. Also, they sometimes forget stuff with your order. The employees are very nice.
This place just needs to close for good. The hours are horrible. What kind of food business stays open when they are closed for dinner and don’t open until 11? And you’re closed on the weekends?
Disappointing food and service. Ordered two burritos and two chips for takeout. Was handed a bag with two burritos one chip. Once we got home we found that the salsa verde that was ordered for both burritos was on neither and the guacamole we ordered on one burrito was also not included. They make such a point to charge extra for add-ons, then not receiving what we ordered was doubly frustrating. The dry, half-empty lunch was more than $25. Really sorry now that I tipped. Absolutely no chance I will be back.
I would rate them higher but their hours are super limited at the outpost so not available when I want to eat there. For burrito and quesadilla probably the best place around.
