First of all, we came knowing the beauty of the location of the hotel, and the sea and the air are really beautiful. However, after arriving at the hotel, when we arrived at the specified place to put the vehicles, the entrance was closed and we waited for 15 minutes for it to open. Afterwards, we went with our belongings on the zodiac boat. Staff Mohammed is very hardworking and friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 15:15 and although the entrance to the hotel was 14:00, we were told that our room was not ready yet. We got in at around 15:45. On a daily basis, they left with the zodiac in order to be able to go ashore once in the evening to be able to go to Selimiye etc. (there is no alternative). They even charged them to come to pick us up on the first day. It is unreasonable for them to charge a zodiac transportation fee even when entering the place where you cannot go by car and where you come to stay. Hotel quality is medium, rooms are medium, service speed is very slow from time to time. Finally, they insistently wanted to receive the payment in advance (I did not say that my wife is an officer in the Ministry of Finance), so I paid in cash, but of course I requested an invoice. In summary: it is a hotel that should be a little more professional, which is paid with the expectation of luxury but cannot fully provide that service. Nature and weather are very beautiful. It is a holiday place with its staff (especially Hasan, Ensar and Muhammet, they provided excellent service everywhere). It was a very fascinating experience. We spent 2 days of our one week vacation here. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, young and dynamic team. We ate at the hotel the first night. Food is average. Prices are the same as outside restaurants. Appetizers are around 100 TL, calamari is 400 TL. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a nice holiday. I advise. We stayed between 05.09.2022/10.09.2022. It was the 3rd hotel we stayed in in 20 days. I would like to sincerely say that we came to this hotel in a way that we rested, satiated with the sea, and increased our energy. Our expectations were very high or our threshold value was very high, but because we came to this hotel, we understood that we made the right decision. I'm telling you. .. Although it is a family business located in the Bozburun town of Marmaris district, in a location that cannot be reached by road, they have been involved in this business for years, it is a professional friendly happy environment. They pick you up with their boats, after 2 minutes of enjoying the sea, you reach the hotel built with a mutis architecture, everyone is trying to help you, everyone is smiling, the architecture of the rooms is very beautiful, large, spacious and clean. The sea is clean, without waves. They collect and serve the delicious breakfast from their own garden in the sprinkle mode, we preferred the lunch as an aperitif and it was delicious. You should definitely stop by here....
