Bidrage med feedbackI ate dinner last night. Gone to the bathroom and dirty everywhere in the toilet and everywhere. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. I had to clean my hands with the hand sanitary that was outside the bathroom. The hand sanitizer container at the ladies' bath was empty, so I had to use the one from the men's bath. The employees were on the phone when I came in, didn't seem like they wanted to work. The food was very expensive and it wasn't even so good. Bacon Cheeseburger was fine, but the Pommes were all burned and looked old. I know that this begins with management and the manager obviously does not care how this location is running. I know you can do better. Food should taste delicious as it is so expensive. Bought a bacon Cheeseburger Burger, regular frits and a small drink and it came to $18... It's not worth it at all.
General Manager Marc showed my 2 children and I that cutting a burger in half is a heavy task if there are only 2 other customers in. When they were made of plastic knives, I simply asked him if he could cut the burger. He rolled his eyes, left his shoulder and then an uncomfortable break. I then asked him if it was a problem to cut a burger in half, he replied to me? Then I asked our server Myrna to talk to the owner, and she said Marc was the GM. I then asked if the owner was in and she said she was not safe, but she will check. The owner Phil came to me and my children asked what the problem was. I just told him the story when GM Marc comes back to the table with an attitude and begins to shout loud and to disobey what the owner Phil told him. I was shocked to see how he acted to her customers and the owner of Burgfi. Phil tried his hardest to settle the situation, then Myrna comes out in a storm because Marc the GM sent her home to something she didn't do. He claims Myrna went beyond him and went to the owner when she was supposed to? Ve went to him first. Sad to say, if Marc is still working there, I will never visit this Burgerfi again! As for the sweet server Myrna and owner Phil, thank you for trying to solve and diffuse the situation. Your best bet would find a better GM because Marc is obviously in the wrong business and has a lot to learn at his age.
Always love their burgers! I was about two years old. So it was nice to see some changes. I had ordered bacon and the burgers came without them. The manager was very careful to make sure he got the bacon and even came to check and make sure everything was good. I appreciate that? Of course I'll be back. One thing, please bring angry or something similar back and thank you?
Great place really a superior chainburger restaurant, I wish they would encourage their employees to smoke zigarettes far away from the tables and entrances. I came here twice and was blown by a hired person who smoked a cigarette around the corner when I rounded it one way, and twice I said I wasn't back when it happened again. the ball is in her hof burger fi corporate, let you clean the entrance away air, so children old people can breathe in burgerpeace.
First of shot out to all the wonderful employees and manager Phil at this location for the wonderful customer service and tasty food. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is clean, smells Burgerlicous. If your ever by the Boynton beach district area I encourage you to stop on by for a delicious burger or New York style hotdogs I had the burgerFi burger with aged Parmesan garlic cheesy fries . Sinfully good indulgence you won?t regret.
