Boston Pizza - Bowmanville

My family and I had an incredible dining experience! Our server was exceptional and made sure we had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to going back again soon!

We ordered three dishes and unfortunately, we did not enjoy any of them. We have tried these dishes at other locations previously, but this time they were poorly executed. The Fried Chicken bowl was lacking in flavor and the breaded chicken seemed to have been pre-fried, refrigerated, and then sliced and served. The rice was also lukewarm and unappetizing. The Honey Dill chicken burger had a patty that appeared to have been previously fried and reheated before being placed in the burger. Additionally, the dish did not appeal to my son. The music in the restaurant was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to communicate with each other. We had to request for the volume to be lowered so we could at least hear each other.

I am happy to see these restaurants open again and to be able to dine inside. I am a fan of the Boston Pizza chain and have visited almost all the locations in the Durham and York region. This particular restaurant is very spacious and clean, with good service and food. It is located in Smart Centres 2 at Taunton and Harmony.

Terrible restaurant. Staff are completely untrained and management was not helpful at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone, but will be leaving bad reviews on all platforms.

My server was great I wish I could remember her name . Service was fast and I didn't want for anything. The place was quiet but was exactly what I needed for a solo relaxed dinner. Food was good but I exceptionally love their ceaser salad. Well done boston pizza:
