Bidrage med feedbackWhile on business in Bowie I stopped at Smoothie King to get a lift me up and was suggested the College Power Pineapple Kale Smoothie. I replaced the pineapple with blueberries and it was absolutely delicious. Thanks so much to the young lady for the suggestion. I'm not sure what her name was but she had a necklace on with the numbers 444. She also had great customer service.
I used to go to this location FAITHFULLY, bypassing the one right by my house. However, lately the quality of the smoothies has not been up to their usual standards. The smoothies have been consistently bland. I’m used to consistent flavorful smoothies from them. Not so much anymore.
Amanda’s service was beyond expectations today! She helped me navigate the menu that helped my alterations to my order! She’s a great example of leadership and poise! I will be returning
Went by on a Wednesday evening, didn't even order based off of the lack of customer service and the disgusting state of the location. It was hot and smelled like mildew in there and to top it off, there was blenders just piled up in the sinks that looked like they had never been properly washed. The floors were also beyond gross.

WITH UPDATE!“When someone shows you who they are,believe them the first time.”-Maya Angelou.And because of this I will not return. I had to purchase another bowl only for them to mess it up again. The first time there was an error that no one would help to fix. They never gave me my first bowl I paid for, paid for two, so they took my money. I will take further measures with this matter.I have had an almost ten year grudge against Tropical Smoothie Cafe. But now, I will break my strike and spend my money on them instead of Smoothie King. That is how bad my experience was. They were at least five people working there (on a Wednesday) and all of them are bullies picking on someone who is literally smaller than all of them and talking/laughing about me behind my back when I leave the store.FYI when I had this experience I believe it was with the manager (or someone who projected as if they were them),who doesn’t deserve that position, as well. And I’ve NEVER had this experience before at this location when it was just two people in the shop when it is usually two, three people there it is excellent service, no complaints.RUN FROM THIS PLACE.Update:Good: Spoke to higher up. They remade my smoothie bowl for me which was nice, the damage was done, but I appreciated such. I was compensated also which I appreciated.Bad: However, upon hearing their alleged feedback; essentially: the employees tried to save themselves claiming that they did no such thing. It is also very convenient to treat a person that came in with smiles and kind greetings at first until they walked up to me and then all of you became silent. This is a typical hypocritical human tactic so, not surprised just disappointed in the lack of morals people choose to retain.Verdict: Once again confirmed to me to never buy from Smoothie King again in my life. Tropical Smoothie Cafe only. Dietary restrictions: They do not care until I contacted the smoothie king corp. concerning the issue.
