The coffee at this restaurant is the best you will find, as it is supplied by illy. The food is average, with strange combinations that are edible but not exceptional. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous.

Lovely lunch today the chicken kebab was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and beautifully presented. Loving the slate plate I am already looking forward to next time.

I went here for lunch a couple of days ago and was really pleased with how good the food was. Working nearby, I had wondered whether this would be any good because it often looks quiet. The food was fresh (no limp lettuce on my ploughman salad) and there was lots of lovely cheese and 'proper ' ham. I particularly enjoyed the little bowl of pickled veg. I even more enjoyed the price of £8.00. Word needs to get out about how good this understated place is, because it is a little gem in the heart of the Lansdowne.

I spoke to Wayne about hosting my 30th birthday party at this restaurant, and he truly made it a fantastic night. Booking was easy, and he was so helpful throughout the process. The venue was just right for the number of guests I had, and it had the perfect atmosphere I was looking for. There was space for people to relax and chat, as well as a dance floor and beer pong area. The other staff were also wonderful on the night, and their flexibility was greatly appreciated. The food was incredible and all my guests couldn't stop talking about it when I thanked them for coming. I highly recommend this place and thank you for making my night so special!

I recently had a work event at this restaurant with a group of 20 people and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, and the service was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be returning with my work colleagues, as well as with friends and family.
